Shipping Information:
Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Rates: Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Delivery Times: Our team will dispatch your goods within 1-2 business days from date of order. We ship via Australia Post. Estimated domestic delivery times are;
Standard post: Tasmania: 2-4 business days, Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Post: Tasmania: 1-2 business days, Interstate: 1-3 business days

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

International Shipping: At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Free Local Pickup: You can choose “Free Local Pickup” at checkout to collect your items directly from our Burnie store. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection – usually within 1 business day.

Same day pick up: If you are in a hurry and would like to organise same day pick up, please get in touch with us on (03) 6431 6770 before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange an item.

1.Returns
We accept returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping: Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanged item shipping: Customers will be charged for the shipping cost of exchanged/replacement items. (This will be calculated by the package weight and delivery method requested.)
  • Item Condition: All goods must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with original tags attached.
  • Footwear: Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn & without marks on the soles.

2.Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can organize a repair, replacement, or refund for you.

3.Non-Returnable Items
Unless they are faulty, the following items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons: Socks, Underwear, Headwear

Back Orders

Items marked as backordered are currently out of stock in our Burnie shop but are available to order from our suppliers. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. If your order contains both in stock and back order items your complete order will be shipped once all items arrive.
